Watched Sheffield Utd v Leeds last night and Bogle was mentioned as leaving Blades to move to Leeds for around £5m. I know that’s a couple of moves removed from us flogging him to Derby, but I wonder if we got anything from that sale.

I assume they are really pleased with Caddis as well. I read a statement he'd written on their website and it was really refreshing to read such honesty, and it really came across as heartfelt. I read about some suggestions about Caddis becoming our manager, but I wasn't sure as it was his first job, but he's doing really well at Hereford so I can imagine seeing him in our dugout (as home manager) in the future.

They have some reservations about his style and how he deals with on the pitch issues with tactics and subs, but seem in the main happy with him and are concerned that if they arent promoted they wont be able to keep him at the club next season. They are averaging 2,500 this season which is double the average of lots of teams a division higher in the Bananarama league, so budget shouldnt be an issue in keeping him.

Maybe Holloway can stay for another year (or two) to stabilise things a bit, and then we could see Caddis in the hot seat.
The concern is what's going on behind the scenes will never let us become a stable club on the pitch

I guess that could depend upon who is the owner at that point too, most new owners will have a person in mind to be manager already if they are "football people".

A lad who used to work here is a member at Marlow FC and he popped in the other day. He rates our work experience loanee Miles Obodo. Said he played a good game on Saturday.

Anthony McCormick joins Salisbury FC (19th in NL South) on loan. Club twitter reckons they are in the Southern League… another admin error.

Holloway could also move ‘upstairs’ & carry on in a Director of Football role. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the plan anyway with Bignot eventually taking over…

As long as they are covering even a small percentage of his wage then we are onto a winner there, good luck and good fucking riddance. I think he has some quality but that attitude is frankly a disgrace, entitled ex Premiership youngster.

I've never seen anything about him having an attitude problem. Have I missed that entirely?
To be honest I'm not sure I've seen or heard of anything about him other than he's shite since he's been here.

Apparently thats one reason his loan was terminated by Maidenhead, it was on their forum ages ago, refusing to play in a certain position when asked to. Hence only a single appearance.

Fair enough. I had wondered why a team that's been battling relegation all season got rid of him after all of about an hours playing time in a month.
Would also give some insight into why it's taken so long for him to go somewhere else this season.
All the evidence would seem to indicate McGurk has an ego problem but at least he got out there and made sure he's had a chance to play instead of just sitting at home picking up a pay cheque all year. I think Uwakwe will be looking back on his lack of career with a certain regret in 15 years.
