I'm no idea if the restaurant is but the guy eating it eats fast food for a living/hobby and travels around the country on people's recommendations

It doesn't matter what the bloke does for a living - the 'burger' is a gimmick regardless.

Designed to catch peoples' attention and get the restaurant noticed, which is exactly what is happening in the video. At least that one looks reasonably edible, though. Unlike a lot of the giant burgers you see (which are just a waste of food).

Deep fried chocolate bars are a staple in Scottish chippies.
Whenever we had a chinese or indian delivered in Edinburgh (which was fairly often as the mother in law couldnt cook) they always sent a bag of 4 randon chocolate bars in batter and deep fried as a gratuity.

Far too sweet for my tatses but not that bad in taste. I hate deep fried mars bars though.
