I'm at work, in a largely empty office (I reckon about 10% of people who would normally be here are in) and we're all making preparations for working from home. We've just had an email sent round saying if we want new business cards we need to get our order in today. WTF? Who are we giving these business cards to? The dog? Cheesy

Make sure they are plastic so that they can easily transmit the virus as well.

With this whole working from home i has a female colleague approach me with a non-functioning laptop. It blue screens the minute you boot it up. I tell her that her HDD is corrupt and probably not repairable.

She's a little upset, not at me but the fact that all her photos are gone. I offer to keep hold of the laptop and see if can maybe remove the HDD and try and recover some photos. She's accepts my offer in delight but finishes with "I'm not sure what sort of photo's you might find on there"

Challenge Accepted!!!

Watching football focus today there was a feature on Union Berlin. A real people’s club. Would love us to be that.

A lady has just delivered fresh flowers to everyone down my street (a lot of elderly people around me); she's just ringing the doorbell and then leaving them on the door-step. There are some nice kind generous people around in these times.

Not to brag but the shopping came this morning (booked weeks ago) and not only did we get bog roll, it's a 9 pack.

I think this effectively makes me local royalty. Kiss the ring.
