I am sad to say that I am now a fully fledged member of this modern man club. Most weekends I can't think of anything worse than 2hrs in the CG, when I treat myself to a little something elsewhere.
What have I become?
Depends what the "little treat elsewhere" is...missing football for other pastimes, is perfectly understandable, but I'd draw the line at shopping....

For the first 8 weeks of the season, cricket, and then a bit of golf. In the winter months, I much prefer being perched on the sofa, racing on, SSN updates... and maybe a little frequentation to a clothing or footwear establishment....

Another that has never set foot in IKEA, and never intend on doing so. I remember my other half suggesting a shopping trip one Saturday, and to avoid doing so I suggested that we could watch Town at Blackburn and than drive across to Bradford to watch the Robins ride at Odsal on Saturday night. Bloody long drive to avoid shopping, but was a good day out

More like anger and total repulsion but the people of Islamic state, what a bunch of heartless, insane people.
Rip Alan hemming, sickening to be killed when helping others less fortunate.

If there's anything good to come from the IS, it's that finally the moderate Muslims seem to be increasingly speaking out against Islamic extremism. They took their fucking time about it.... but better late than never.
