Yeah, this fella, DJ and Curran both new 3 year deals, new deals for Grant, Lyden, Fryers etc. Makes you wonder if somebody is backing the club - especially in this climate. |

I dunno, there’s so many three year contracts around at the moment that it makes me think there’s a catch. Maybe clubs offering a bit more security given covid disruption for lower salary?? To cover for an expected shortened season next year?? I dunno

I went thought a load of videos and didn't actually anybody see any saves, just a few keeps uppys.
There was quite a few of vids of him doing saves, in games and training. I was just thinking he looks a good player to develop. Seems to train well and yes he has lots of pics of gloves and a few "look at me" stuffs. But he had vids of targeted distribution to the flanks and i thought his control with both feet was good. He's 16. I wasn't thinking of him as an STFC No.1 at this moment in time but a development player. Be interesting to see what he is doing in about 4yrs  |

Haven't read back properly so initially thought we were going for Stefan Payne. We should have gone in for him when he was banging them in for fun at Dover. Weird one with Payne (Stefan). He looked to have made it at a young age signing for Fulham but ended up dropping back to non-League. Found something at Dover but I think it was Barnsley who signed him up. He's stayed in L1/L2 pretty much since yet never really settled at a club. Under contract for another year at recently relegated Trannies, he's nearly 30 so I wonder if he'll be thinking about going somewhere else to get a final contract (or maybe extension at TRFC) |
