The £10 hand carwash in Chippenham. Including quick inside hoover and an air freshener.
OK its not valet standard. But its £10. As long as I work in this town I'm never going to ASDA automatic wash again.
How are the scratches...?!

This is a bit of a weird one but after seeing Kocielny snapping his Achilles last night and the pain he was clearly in, I don't feel so bad about thinking I was being a total wimp when it happened to me in March.
Having been through 2 of these now, I wish him a full recovery of course.
It made me wonder how on earth David Haye carried on fighting for 5 rounds last time he fought Bellew.

Very much doubt he snapped it. Tore it maybe - bloody painful I'd imagine!!
On that note, I hope Haye smashes Bellew nose six feet wide. Can't see it mind.

I have just read about that as I wasn't aware. was it a full rupture? I had about a 2 cm gap between mine and there was no way I could walk without any support so absolutely staggered how he managed it (although he is a million times bigger and stronger and susceptible to pain than me of course!!)

A quick google says it was a full rupture, there are photos online after the surgeons opened it up and they’re not pleasant, it looks a mess.
I think he will beat him this weekend Batch, alway been a fan of Haye. The first fighter I ever watched live

Not sure if it should be in here or the other thread.
I saw a tweet the other day about Mo Salah, which effectively said “He’s having an almost unbelievable season, and has been absolutely brilliant. But think on this, if he repeated this season for the next 15 years, he would still have less goals than Cristiano Ronaldo”.
So whilst Ronaldo is a bit of a bell end, it does put in perspective just how good he has been & for how long.

What puts CR and Messi into what you might call in cricket terms, Universe Boss class, is that they have done it season on season for so long. There's some who have a solar flare season then settle down again, or even disappear up their own arse Michu and Ighalo style.

On a different note, I see the bid for lottery funding for the new art gallery failed..... I've argued with various folk on this but I'm happy.
The collection has some wonderful stuff, which is displayed lovingly in Bath Road... you get interesting rotating themed displays. It's in a very handy location, if you're interested in art, you can visit on a regular basis.
OK I get the idea of being able to show more of the collection, to more people.... but that's a bit pie in the sky.
