Holloway was hinting in his interview 2 weeks ago that Fil (Mabete) was going to play a big part as he has something we currently don't have in defence.
He hinted at hime being a bit mental and loving going in hard for tackles and having some pace and that he will have a good a part to play.
I might have a new favourite player in that case.

Town fans do love someone who goes into tackles with little care for himself, McHale, Taylor, Gittens, Nyholt, Bullock etc. also that little Scottish midfielder Lee Collins and Scotty Leitch come to mind. I look forward to seeing him.

90% of Gits' fouls were committed in 2 square yards of the pitch for some reason. Quite why any opposition player ever carried the ball into that little area at the junction of the D and the penalty area on his side of the pitch I don't know. They were just asking to get kicked up in the air.

Surprisingly only sent off twice in 126 appearances for Town.

Well, assuming that TW-B isn't here to just make up the numbers, I guess that 2 youthful & enthusiastic CB's either side of Wright might work out ok. They'll have Ripley in their ears as well.
Something in the region of 15+ clean sheets will be needed.
