Anyone got a definitive answer as to what the ‘the run’ actually is?
I think Joe Acklam of the adver did the run and wrote an article on it but it may be behind a paywall. I thought it was shuttle runs there and back starting with 20m and then increasing each run by 20m until you get to 100m and then it goes down by 20m per shuttle so 80,60,40,20.

Really it’s interval training. I used to do it when I trained greyhounds.

Really it’s interval training. I used to do it when I trained greyhounds.

I appreciate I just own a retired greyhound rather than training them but how the hell do you get them to turn round and go back again!
