For me I see the plans and yes they look good, but they are basic plans and artist drawings, knowing Clem's history e.g. club shop, legends, statue etc then I am bothered the final build will look totally different.

Then there is also the case of the build and fit out costs, its fine Clem saying he is going to put up (half ?) the money but he does not appear to have the sort of spare cash this would need, so where would the money really come from, I'm a little bothered that this could either not get to a finish or be scaled back once they get a yes vote due to high rising costs or poor choice of contractors etc.

Then there is the financial return, I cant see this current lot being able to run a proper facility whereby they are bringing in revenues 7 days a week, so I fear there would be an issue with paying back the costs.

This also has to have a benefit to what happens on the pitch, I cant see that happening under the current regime.

It boils down to trust - and I don't trust Clem & Co to get it right, so for me it will be No vote.

If Axis goes tits up - it does not seem a stable business with the court cases - then Clem is going to need money, and his money is in stfc, what stops he re-mortgaging chunks to release funds rather than selling

I wouldn’t back anything this lot put forward.
Lack of trust and incompetence in equal measures.

The day the lot of them piss off will be a day of mass celebration.

I see even my local team Yeovil have a new Dubai based owner now. Why the hell are we not an attractive proposition to buyers like this?

We have a fanbase about 5 or 10 times the size of Yeovil, a division higher, a capacity already double the size of Huish Park, more than double the average home attendance, more history, better positioning geographically...the list goes on.

I suspect it is about what someone wants to sell for and for that person willing to listen to offers.

I don't believe nobody has looked at stfc, probably use a 3rd party to see if Clem is willing to sell and get told he has no interest in selling up

We are, but our ownership group are either asking too much for the club, or are expecting someone to front up a big chunk of cash without allowing someone to see the books and complete proper due diligence.

It’s a bit like expecting someone to make a bid on your house without telling them how much or letting them view the property in advance.

In our case, the house would be 25 Cromwell Street

There's absolutely no way that there hasn't been interest in us in the past few years.
