So the six year payback is based on three of those years in L1 and two in the championship. I like the optimism but...
Fag packet calculations on the payback in league two would be more like 11-12 years. Bit of a problem that.

''We identified an issue with the completed structure but unfortunately I couldn't scale the building to get to the problem as my ladder wasn't long enough and Clemente was also out of the country. Due to a two man rule, this made the taske go uncompleted. We then left it for 5 months and now the structure has become unstable. We've been advised this building should be condemned.
