Just read that business plan. What thick twat made that up?

Championship in 5 years? 🤣🤣🤣🤣

What have the ownership done in the past 4 years to give us hope of promotion? We were literally bottom of the EFL last season.

Laughable.

It actually says 2 years in the Championship, so we’d either need to stay up or get promoted to it twice. Both equally unlikely!

For the uninformed reader, there are lots of perfectly reasonable responses in the Q&A. But the key is Q18. The fact they published Q13 is laughable. Suggests a certain lack of alignment between the muddle of owners.

We were supposed to be in the Championship now with Clem’s original 5 year objectives.
Equally have a training ground.

How anyone can’t see through these chancers is beyond me.

Isn't that the same plan from 4 years ago?

Q&A also out. Still a bit sketchy in the key areas IMO

Where are the Q&A responses please?
Can't find them but sure I read the questions somewhere before the replies were published.

“We’ve made mistakes” - just fuck off.
But it was admin errors not any fault of the owner. Leave poor Clem alone you bully!

Thanks Bennett.

Not very convincing answers.
No real meat on the bones and very wishy washy.
Its as if they have something to hide.
How can they not give an estimate for the match day box pricing?

Everyone has a five year plan.

I'd imagine they have a best case, average case and worst case scenario planning and have chosen to publish the best case as it looks more palatable.

It's just highly unlikely

I just don't get how they can say they have a ROI of 6 years but don't have a pricing structure in place. Where did they pluck 6 years from?
I also don't get, they know what our fan base potential is, why they don't invest and actually go for promotion rather than scrimping to save every penny from the playing budget.
The place was rocking during the first season under this stewardship, that should have been enough proof of what support we can get
Fucking chancers who want every penny at the detriment to the club

Has to be a no vote to these proposals in my opinion.

Even if they had the best possible prepared proposals with excellent designs and financial plans that make sense, the faith in the execution running to plan just isn’t there. Thats an attitude that they’ve bred themselves with their prior work.

However, on top of that, the financial plans that came out yesterday referencing the championship is the final nail in the coffin for me.

In terms of the process for this, I think it was pretty easy to predict ages ago. If it looks like a no vote is going to occur, roll out the usuals to bat for them in support and if still not pushed through, blame the fans.

The plans don't even suggest the additional revenue/profit will go back into the club. Just a suggestion that it can be paid off in 6 years and then the club has a better facility as a result.

Will Clem wait 6 years for the £3m interest free loan to be repaid or is he expecting it back within the 6 years?
