If there are three parties and the majority vote is 2 to 1 then seems reasonable. That’s how things normally work.
Aside from the fact there are not three parties in the ownership structure (Eady split reps), the reality is that the rules are whatever was negotiated and accepted at the time of joining the Joint Venture. Nobody forced the club to be a part of it, and the Club didn't put any money in towards it, so they have little to moan about. |

@Batch - I presume they are trying to get the actual deal made public that was struck with the Council. I presume the Council have a say in whether that is allowed or not as it likely holds confidential/commercially sensitive information they are not keen on having public.
