On Tuesday the Trust advised the Club that it did not approve these minutes and consider them incomplete and inaccurate. Supporters should consider this when reviewing the minutes.

I am assuming David Coe wrote his own response to the question about him, whereas Chief Bumbler Hall was answering anything about Morfuni, or he has an annoying habit of writing about himself in the third person.

The answer on the Debenture is plain daft.  It's not even like they need to lie on that one, they could easily have just fessed up and said it wasn't identified that the transfer of assets would create the opportunity for it to be called in.  It didn't matter who owned the Debentures - it was always about them being held as Debentures for fucks sake, and they were never discharged and always available to see on the Companies House website for even plebs like us to see.  It's like they don't have any experience or skills, oh wait.

I'm not sure it is - I think it would have been worse, Power had the right to call that entire debt in as soon as the transaction got underway.  The actual conclusion would have been longer than 3 days, but it was a open goal for him - it's a stunning lack of oversight on the clubs behalf around the obligations they have.  Two possible outcomes - Power had a right to the money/asset, or would have pushed this as a way of gaining back control.  he may be a crook of sorts, but he wasn't as stupid as the current lot.  It's why Clem shat a brick and fucked up how to handle it later down the road.
