Would be interesting to know how they think residential would work from a JV perspective. They’d all have to be rental properties unless they want to try and take sole ownership of some of the land and again there’s no way that would through a vote with 75% approval.
I suppose they might be able to sell them on a leasehold basis but would be a huge complication to the JV and legally.

Not really, if they were flats they would invariably been sold on a leasehold with an underlying management company anyway which is par for the course. Its not going to happen under this ownership anyway, or I suspect any subsequent TBH, one bitten and all that!

You say it won’t happen & you are obviously much better versed in this stuff than I am…but…if it’s flats our houses involved SBC seem to always grant planning permission without fail. Particularly if whatever was there before has mysteriously caught fire…

Popped up to the county ground, kind of expected a presentation and a q&a, but it was more a storyboards and find someone to ask thing.
So it didn't really work for me personally.
But the architect is obviously switched on and happy to answer questions.

Suggest you live in your little glass houses. Judging other people without ever achieving anything of worth except fucking moaning.
Sorry to say people like you really make me mad You need to grow some balls and make things happen. Otherwise go back in your shell.
And yes, you know fool well my point made between the British PMs that I mentioned and Morfuni.
I wish this was one of my parody accounts. Sadly not. Lots of bleach was consumed prior to the ''Ex PMs'' brain blamange type of comment NB: Sorry Robinz but that really was fucking whack

TBH I haven't done a job in Swindon for years, and never a housing scheme, but long and short is that if a scheme is planning policy compliant the Council pretty much has to approve it (despite however many members of the public object because it blocks their view and will cause house prices to drop, make incredibly quiets roads lethal (other Nimbysisms are available), plus if Swindon can't show they have a 5 year supply of housing land available (long tedious technical story that I ain't going into here ) its even harder for them to refuse. As for the wider issue all I can say, and again no local knowledge, that in 25+ years in the god forsaken industry planning is nowhere near as bent as some seem to think it is, yes there can be a degree of 'who you know' but I've never seen any evidence of brown envelopes etc. Popped up to the county ground, kind of expected a presentation and a q&a, but it was more a storyboards and find someone to ask thing.

Pretty much bog standard for such things, as the consulter they can sometimes be incredibly boring, sometimes frankly hilarious....

Why was the profit and loss left out? "There is nothing untoward in or moving the profit and loss account. Clem signed the documents on 28th February" Question unanswered, again. As someone who has submitted accounts 100s of times, the format tends to remain unchanged, BS, P&L, Notes and Directors/Auditors report. So, why reduce the information ?

The Trust notes today's release of Advisory Board minutes.
On Tuesday the Trust advised the Club that it did not approve these minutes and consider them incomplete and inaccurate. Supporters should consider this when reviewing the minutes.
Further details will be communicated in due course.

I do hope that Andy Currant was a deliberate typo..... The Trust notes today's release of Advisory Board minutes.

It will be very interesting to hear what the Trust consider inaccurate (And the position of the other groups attending said meeting) as the minutes say the square root of fuck all (like always). As for the Q&A they may as well just follow standard solicitors advice and answer ''no comment' to every question.
