Members have the option not to vote or give a neutral score about their stance, and give a comment

And humans (football fans in particular) are famously very good at abstaining on giving their opinion on subjects they know they don't know enough about, of course  Cheesy

Credit to Henry (Head of Media), he was very passionate about his job and what he was doing. Worked countless thankless hours to cover the basics. He was often challenging internally, fighting for the voice of the fans but ultimately fell on deaf ears, often undermined and was abandoned with no support.

The QPR image was a fuck up but when you know how that club works on the inside, Henry’s departure is a representation to how poor the club is ran, how it supports colleagues to do their jobs and ultimately pummels them until there is nothing left.

Multiple people in that club are covering multiple full time roles, Henry has just bared the brunt of far too much with noreal leadership steering the ship.

Don’t be hard on Henry, he’s a victim of Clem just like the rest of us.

Personally speaking, Henry (if you’re reading this) - thank you. Thank you for the countless and thankless hours, energy and emotion you have expelled during your time at the club. Chin up - this is not on you. The fault that has led to your departure is firmly at the foot of Clem’s door. I’m surprised you lasted as long as you did but your tenacity was stubborn and resistant to fight for the change this club desperately needs. Thank you and I have no doubt you’ll look back on this as a big lesson that will help you be a success in your career.
Absolutely spot on. If rumours are true we are going to see a few more like Henry leave.

On the subject of Russell, it's just another example of what a shit show it is behind the scenes. Him and whatever manager they have are actually the only ones with football knowledge who are not actually in charge of the footballing decisions.

I dread to think what the conditions are like at the club being told by Clem,Hall, Kiely, Austin & Hart on how they should be doing things.

As much as Power was loathed, and rightly so, people have remarked how we at least looked better on the pitch.  The reason behind this is obvious - his primary method for making money out of his deal was to churn good players for money, so it required good recruitment in the first place.  Since he was ousted, the footballing knowledge has been removed but the general model has tried to remain the same - everyone trying to milk their bit from the business.  The only surprise in all this is that Clem hasn't moved quicker on getting the club stuck with his firm as a contractor on the ground development.  I presume because his business became too stretched, which is probably why he is so reticent to sell - his payday is further away than all the others.

Do feel for the media guy, not that I know much about him.

The QPR image mistake was bad but it’s the sort of mistake that would never be allowed past the detailed layers of QA that a well run organisation should have in place.

It’s not the sort of issue that should fall on one persons feet if that QA structure is in place and would be easily caught.

I thought Henry was great too. Morshead and co bang on about the media strategy but sometimes you have to accept that you can’t polish a turd.

The approved planning drawings and conditions specify free draining, self binding gravel. 1) puddles suggest it’s not free draining 2) sand all over the paving suggests it’s not self binding. Please could someone confirm and make a complaint to planning enforcement. If it’s not what was approved they will need to dig it up and relay with the appropriate material.

Im genuinely getting a bit excited, there has never been this much momentum before and I am thinking this could be the beginning of the end, of clem! not the club. The trust survey results will be damning for the owners and the strength of all fans together can be powerful.

Maybe they were just trying to authentically recreate the Wembley pitch of the game in 1969.

I am too, but we're in a horrendous spot.

I fear for how much worse it's going to get before it gets better. What state we'll be in, what division we'll be playing in,etc. But I just want whatever shite is going to hit to to come at us now and start the recovery from wherever that has to be.

its shit and looks bad but it is actually what you have suggested it should have been. It's just a form of hoggin which is self binding and should allow water to pass through. I have enough of it at work. excessive rain would puddle eventually but it wont take long to go. It is the cheapest end of gravel which wont be much surprise.

The irony is that there are people running the club that are currently exchanging texts debating whether you really need a DOF in the Conference, that we’ll get by without, and that it saves a wage.

My feeling is do we need a Chief Exec in the conference.

😯

Now Clem, fuck off please

Thing is, if we are relegated some staff will be made redundant so obviously if they can move jobs now they will. I just feel bad for the really great staff we have. Hang on in there guys you’ll be part of the revival (hopefully)
