I dread to think what the conditions are like at the club being told by Clem,Hall, Kiely, Austin & Hart on how they should be doing things.
It really really really needs someone to break ranks and tell us this is happening.

I don't think anybody believes it isn't. Just need it on the record

Thing is, if we are relegated some staff will be made redundant so obviously if they can move jobs now they will. I just feel bad for the really great staff we have. Hang on in there guys you’ll be part of the revival (hopefully)

I thought Henry was great too. Morshead and co bang on about the media strategy but sometimes you have to accept that you can’t polish a turd.
I don't think Sam ever blamed Henry. We can all see it comes from above

The approved planning drawings and conditions specify free draining, self binding gravel. 1) puddles suggest it’s not free draining 2) sand all over the paving suggests it’s not self binding. Please could someone confirm and make a complaint to planning enforcement. If it’s not what was approved they will need to dig it up and relay with the appropriate material.

I am not sure I was expecting much, but that is truly awful.  Imagine the state of your shoes if you spend more than two minutes on that surface.  You may as well have saved what little they spent on it and just fenced off some of the grass.

Well yes. If you don't let your media department do the media strategy, then it can become very tricky for the media department. Henry is a lovely guy, who's had a pretty miserable experience early in his career here. I hope he can gather himself, take some time, and find a role that gives him satisfaction. If you're in local media and not finding satisfaction, it is a tough place to be. And for the record no, I've never criticised him directly.

of course and there is that. but I would have so much more long term hope then in this current scenario

Agree. And ultimately have our club back, which is most important.

Really?

I assumed he’d be taking over from Chris Casper as Sporting Director, he left earlier in the month.

Nicky Butt has recently left as CEO too, so he may be right.

I have no doubt the problems stem from the top…but…honestly I’d still expect the person at the bottom of the ladder to notice that, that was not a picture of Swindon Town holding the League Cup.

Whoever has put that in & whoever has allowed it to go print are at fault. Regardless of how shitty their boss is and/or the company is run.

It’s a mistake. A simple apology would suffice.

If I misssorted loads of parcels at work you wouldn’t blame the Royal Mail CEO or my working conditions

Not his biggest fan and was out of his depth with the first team, but i’ll give him credit for the structure/organisation he put into the academy. Definitely a big part in the Hunt/McGregor development.

Unless you were going out of your way to deliberately  missort parcels then your working conditions would 100% be near the top of the blame consideration list.

I think you should join a union.
