He’s been absolutely dreadful and I’m surprised he’s lasted this long.

The first team recruitment has, if he's had as much to do with that as he should.

His academy CV is strong though, if he's going back into that world I can see how he's got a job.

I've been told by multiple people, that Jamie does/did not have as much to do with recruitment as you would think.

Sadly a face, forced into a role, to cover for the usual names behind the scenes.

Well, I suppose when you’re told your recruitment pool has to come from Standing and associated cronies no wonder he’s legged it to work at a normal football club.

Credit to Henry (Head of Media), he was very passionate about his job and what he was doing. Worked countless thankless hours to cover the basics. He was often challenging internally, fighting for the voice of the fans but ultimately fell on deaf ears, often undermined and was abandoned with no support.

The QPR image was a fuck up but when you know how that club works on the inside, Henry’s departure is a representation to how poor the club is ran, how it supports colleagues to do their jobs and ultimately pummels them until there is nothing left.

Multiple people in that club are covering multiple full time roles, Henry has just bared the brunt of far too much with noreal leadership steering the ship.

Don’t be hard on Henry, he’s a victim of Clem just like the rest of us.

Personally speaking, Henry (if you’re reading this) - thank you. Thank you for the countless and thankless hours, energy and emotion you have expelled during your time at the club. Chin up - this is not on you. The fault that has led to your departure is firmly at the foot of Clem’s door. I’m surprised you lasted as long as you did but your tenacity was stubborn and resistant to fight for the change this club desperately needs. Thank you and I have no doubt you’ll look back on this as a big lesson that will help you be a success in your career.

Russell didn’t make many of the signings anyway. The Irish players were signed by Kiely and the “big names” by Clem. Russell didn’t do an awful lot and not much will change without him. Holloway overseeing a window is scary to me
