What part of the organisation? Or would that give it away?

Mad that that's still on the website when they basically deny they ever wanted to make him vice chairman now.
He still tells away team board members he is vice chair as well.

I can't help but think... What is going through Clem's head right now? Surely he has to know the damage going into non league would do, especially financially.
Does he just go all out with the chequebook in Jan? Is he even able to do that?? Any sale that may or may not happen will be months away, so I'd at least like to see SOMETHING from the board acknowledging they need to do something drastic.

I'd not want to be paid by cheque by STFC, the risk of it bouncing would be far too high!
(I know what you mean, obviously)

Look I know I've got the TOLD YOU SO under my name but fuck me I need to say it again.
The last 10 to 12 years or however long its been since Andrew Black shafted us in the ass by selling to the biggest wideboy spiv a British diplomat was paid to find, they have been like a fucking fever dream. I cannot tell you how frustrating it has been pointing out to people how rotten the likes of Lee Power and Clem Morfuni are (although I had initially hoped Clem was going to be the saviour until the red flags quickly appeared).
Arguing with people that our revenue clearly didn't match the obvious lack of pot to piss in shown anywhere around the club and records of people surrounding the club but basically being gaslit in to thinking I was imagining something that wasn't there by a certain section of our fans. No, I was just paranoid and negative and a moaning cunt. Fuck me.
This is why I've ended up getting in to it with people across our socials/facebook groups, etc. so often for the last few years and ended up calling people cunts or thick as shit or whatever. Its not because I enjoy doing it and am just a bit of a cunt myself (I probably am but that isn't the reason). Its because I fucking knew this was coming to this and I've never been more heartbroken to be right about something in my life. I've felt like shaking elements of our fan base over the years like I was a crazy person living in the fucking Truman Show or something seeing a different reality to others at times.
How has it taken this long for the majority to realise where it was heading and worse, how are there still elements of our fan base that think we don't have an ownership issue!? The latter makes me fear the future of the human race. If you're in the latter category, do the human race a favour and don't reproduce.
At this point I'd be in favour of putting the club in to admin and accepting a 10 or 15 point deduction to help force a sale somewhere. We don't have a fucking snowball in hells chance of staying up on merit regularly anyway, so what on earth is the point? We may as well get on with it and begin the healing process.
Sorry for the rant but fuck me if that didn't come out I'd probably shoot myself in the face or develop a brain tumour of something. Exhausted. But now that is out the system, I'll try and play nicely again.

If the money that Morfuni is (allegedly) putting in to cover the day to day losses of the club would hey (they) lose it if the club went into administration?
Or are directors loans treated any differently than other debt

If we have enough other creditors that get together they can force a winding up order/admin though. Plus Clem has other issues going on himself financially that may force his hand.

Creditors have first claims on the company before shareholders. Directors loan could be transferred to equity to stave off administration

I think the problem with all of this, as it has been for some time, is it needs someone to put their head above the parapet. Wasn't it mentioned up thread that someone hadn't been paid but then had agreed a payment plan but didn't want their details revealed and until someone speaks out the club can just deny its happening and put it all down to rumour. Creditors have first claims on the company before shareholders.

Problem with equity for numb nuts would be releasing equity later from something which is worth the square root of fuck all is very difficult. Not sure what if anything any administration would release for creditors as the business has few assets, I wouldn't be doing anything for the club on credit right now.

admin is something instigated by the company.
Creditors can present a winding up petition. Whether that ultimately means that a winding up order is made is another matter.
