admin is something instigated by the company.
Creditors can present a winding up petition. Whether that ultimately means that a winding up order is made is another matter.
What I suspect is extremely possible will be us dropping into a handy pre-pack admin seconds after relegation is confirmed.

is there a possibility that all the admin costs (and anything else like) totals more than Clems loans to the club? It's totally mad that any remotely competent businessman would keep putting money into the club, when they don't have a pot to piss in and the club 'keeps losing millions'

If the club was put in admin it’d only attract the next bunch of chancers - more than likely someone already associated with the club - and the whole shit show carries on.
It’s what Power was trying to do. You’ve got to question why nobody with footballing experience has been recruited to help with the running of the club. Outsiders ask questions, can’t be trusted to keep schtum. Power left skeletons in the STFC cupboard, I fear Clem will leave a fucking graveyard full of them.

Definitely my main worry. The writing is clearly on the wall for Clem. Its a case of can we have a clean break or not. For me a clean break was always going to come with a lot of pain. But bring it on. It needs to just happen now, put us out of our misery.

Tell you what my biggest fear at the moment is. Holloway wanting to get involved behind the scenes.
Just my gut feeling but it really wouldn't shock me for him to offer investment and introduce others to the club

Just what we need, another group of unsavoury characters running the club into the ground

If its a legit admin its the administrators job to get the best returns for the creditors either by selling as a business for what its worth or liquidating to get as much back as possible to pay creditors which would preclude those of the Jed variety getting hold for a song, a pre-pack would be a chance for Morfuni to basically sack off any other creditors and maintain the status quo with a pretty clean slate. Has there been any suggestion of any previous relationship between Holloway and the ownership Clique, they seem very loathe to have anyone who is not part of their longstanding gang involved, one would assume as any external investor might ask questions?

Did this at Grimsby. My season ticket cousin is confirming this morning that they will be bringing a few to Swindon. They detest IH after what he did at Grimsby. Only knows how far we fall and where we bottom out.

I don't think leaving a company precludes you from socialising with your former colleagues does it, albeit I thought media guy had left as well so perhaps catching up for a bitch.

Am I? he tried the exact same thing at Grimsby. Is it that much to think he would want to try again at a club that would love the extra investment

One would assume he is better at selling investments than managing football clubs these days then, 'hello mate, do you want to invest in this football club that has no assets, a declining fan base and is getting relegated to the national league' that's going to be a hard sell!

He did do this at Grimsby but he has in a number of interviews say it was a mistake and has no interest in being on a board again.
