I don't want to piss on your chips, but that was over 20 years ago now Cheesy
Yep, late 90s. It started sinking further so they did a controlled explosion. Made my windows rattle in Calne.

Was enjoying a pint in the Camden Eye the other day.
Turned away to glance at the football & the pint slid off the ledge & landed right side up on the floor with about a 1/3 of a pint left in it.

An onscure law of physics in action & a half pint on the house from the bar staff as well.

Not all good though.
Left with a crotch area having a Rosies Pig cider fragrance following some unorthodox use of a hand dryer.

Skills! That was good of the bar staff.

The one and only time I tried to break up a fight between strangers was in Norwich University's student union. I ended up on my arse but with an almost completely intact pint still in hand. Learned to leave them to it.

Long shot but I may know you. You haven't recently moved house have you? Did you grow up around the Bedford area?

Nah, no me. Got my first house 3 years ago and am born and bread in the neighbouring Shire.

King's Lynn fans singing to Steve Evans at the end of their FA cup match "you fat bastard, you fat bastard"  Grin

This also means our home game on 7th January vs Stevenage will be off, due to them being in the 3rd round.  Doh

So a maximum of 16 home games on a Saturday this season,  not good for season ticket holders that can’t get to midweek games. due to various commitments.

No it isn’t, but in my case buying a season ticket is partly about supporting the club not just how much you can potentially save.  Well it is for me

Perhaps not.

What’s the difference in a season ticket vs paying ‘on the day’ for 16 home games?

Just had a quick google.

Adult season ticket in the side stand at renewal rate £370.

Pay per game in the side stand for an adult is £25.

£25 x 16 = £400

…so you’d still be £30 better off based purely on ticket prices.
