Dead fly in the airlock of my Elderberry wine. That’ll teach the bastard to try to turn 5 gallons of what is promising to be a decent drop of vino into 5 gallons of red wine vinegar.

Liked that one, every pass on point, timing excellent. What’s the best STFC “team” goal? I remember enjoying the Kevin Horlock one against Southampton in the FA cup, I think 1996, perhaps not quite on the same level though.

One of Chalkies at Watford was a beauty...4-0 and 'bring on the Geordies'.

In terms of team goals, it was only three players involved but the incisive one-touch passing was sublime. @16:15

Pity how it finished.  Roll Eyes

I was at the sponsors' dinner last night and Scott Lindsay spoke in depth and it just escalated into him opening up and talking on a personal level... What a great bloke.

He comes across as a very genuine sincere guy who shows his emotions in any interviews he's done whether he's got what it takes to handle the pressure of a managerial role remains to be seen.

2 for a pound lighter men were pretty much a stable feature in any town centre until fairly recent times.
