Somewhat ironic that the government that inflicted their version of Brexit on us with claimed benefits including selling more powerful electrical devices freed of EU rules to reduce power consumption, is now advocating for lower powered devices to save Brits from the cost of living crisis, which has been exacerbated (to what degree is up for much debate) by Brexit.
