In slightly more trivial news than Wiggy's terrific but definitely not trivial update...

Even the letters fancy her.

Di canio doing the mouriniho chin up thing to the sunderland fans and getting barracked by abuse.
If he aint lost their boards backing he's lost everything else.

They were singing 'sacked in the morning' to him.

Quality!

Why do you all want him to fail?

Probably because of 2 things -

1. The way he left Swindon
2. He thinks he is the best thing since sliced bread.

We all enjoyed his time here, but the man is clearly a cock and I hope he fails.

Then tried to sue afterwards. Amusing to see his current plight.

I note that in the Sun this morning they did a comparison between Mourinho and Di Canio, in light of the latter's comments. The Sun titled it "[Er...Di Canio] what have you won?" and listed Di Canio's management honours as "nothing". Perhaps it's just me, but I think they've missed something out.

Di Canio was never going to be able to behave like he did here in the Premier League and get away with it.  Seems he's finding that out a bit earlier than some thought.

Our neighbours are a lovely retired couple, and they're moving to Spain next week.  Which is sad.

However, they have just brought over several bagfuls of perishables to ask if we would like them and save them throwing them out...including enough alcohol to sink a ship.  And this makes me happy.
