Hopefully a £100k bid on Danny Ward. Should just about do it reckon. What about Exeter's captain?

I would guess he'll go after another left winger (as Diamond Mike isn't returning our calls...) and also see what Dossevi's after moneywise. If that's not a go-er, maybe Odebeyi is the backup.
I'd still put signing an experienced centre back as a priority. You can argue Lescinel deserves a run, or even Morrison, but I'd feel so much more comfortable with a calm head back there with Cuthbert.
On the Bolton front - Ward came on and apparently (according to their official site) impressed in a friendly yesterday. No sign of Odebeyi even on the bench.

I've heard that we've put in a bid for Taylor from Exeter.

If you trust them that much you could give more of a clue as to who it is. I trust my mum, but if she told me about a football rumour she'd heard I wouldn't give it much time.

I don't think he's better or more experienced than what we've already got.

There was an interview on Radio Devon the other day where Tisdale said he'd received no bids for Taylor and that he'd be surprised if he'd even want to leave given their history (Tisdale took Taylor with him from Team Bath).
Sounded pretty definitive but you never know.

Can cover as a keeper as well as only converted to a centre back in his early 20's I believe ......... Don't know how good he is if I'm honest only that Exeter fans seem to love him.

We have four keepers already - I'm not sure that's exactly a deal-breaker.

I wasn't actually being serious there ....... that's just about as much as I know about him

You say that, but don't (or didn't) Sheffield Utd have an outfield player who was decent in goal? Seem to recall Warnock not bothering with a keeper on the subs bench as a result.

From what I've seen of him he's very good, on a par with Greer but with better pace. Leads the line well and is generally thought of as one of their players who could comfortably step up to Championship level.

Really? I'm sure there's not been too many who have risked it since the days of 3 subs.
