I would have thought that Palmer would be literally out of our league but we'll see...

Looking at his history and goal scoring record he's an ok league 2/national league striker. So not really out of our league quality wise. The biggest issue is going to be his wages thanks the the Wrexham factor.

To be honest not one that excites me and I'd much prefer we kept the ball on the ground rather than go back to hoofing it.
I think we've got the players to do it successfully and the only issue we have with is lacking a proper pacy player.

Palmer? Maybe if Wrexham cancel his contract and pay it up, and we offer short term deal.

Seems unlikely

I want to see us continuing to play how we did on Saturday so I'm not enthralled by the idea of Palmer either...

The only thing I would say is that it worked.. Against a very poor Shrewsbury.

I agree with you really, but I can't hand on  heart say we have enough to go up passing.

I just mean we need to do it more to see.

I think its best to be dynamic. Go long and shorten it up. The best teams can adapt to beat everyone. Thats what I liked about Wellens. Had a style but would also adapt to win games.
