Smith looked really confused about being on the pitch so early and offered very little in a terrible midfield. McGlashan looks terrible defensively and only marginally better going forwards. Taylor - as RobT has said, offered nothing at DM. He seemed to mark Nelson.
I feel sorry for Adebayo, whilst he didn't do great against 3 defenders even if he brought it down he'd be isolated as Anderson was off floating around "finding space" instead of being in the middle. I also feel sorry for the centrebacks. They were massively exposed by the missing midfield
All in all - shite.

Eveybody has an opinion, I thought McGlashan was marginally better today but Landolo was total dog shite! Put away that 5 yard chance just before half time and it is a totally different game, they score within 50 second of the restart and heads and hearets are gone it seemed.
Now for something a bit different, for a good few years the guy who has sat behind me in the DRS has become a good acquaintance, but he was missing from the Cambridge game - and he never misses a game, friendlies, first team etc. He missed the York game and we heard he was possibly suffering from a heart attack. Today one of his best mates turned up - he lives in Exeter - to tell us that Les had suffered a terrible heart attack, been flown to Bristol within a couple of hours of the Mansfield game in a coma. Sadly it appears that due to a shortage of oxygen he has suffered brain damage and was not likely to get home ever again. Unable to speak or move. 64 years old, puts that game in context!

Fuck! Yep, while many of us are all slinging mud, insults, and garnering for three points. There are others who would just appreciate the privilege to be able to do so.

Cba to wrote a full wrote up, we were atrocious in the second half.
We are lucky to be where we are if anything. 2 added time pens v Macclesfield and 3 goals after Tranmere went down to 10. Our only home wins as well. Could easily have 0 wins at home this season and be 6 points worse off. Home form over the last few seasons has been so bad.

Let’s see how the new manager reacts to this loss. Will he have the players in training tomorrow or give them a day off?

I was informed that the players weren't happy with the appointment of Wellens. Looks like that's true.
For what reason? Is it because they had it to easy under PB? Or because RW is a rookie?
