My titanium knee has put an end to running anywhere, but I do loads of walking with the dog. Although this hot weather has kept it to a minimum.

My dog doesn't even want to go out atm. I'm walking him around 7AM and 9-10PM just so it's cool enough!

Yeah, for context I go running before I leave for work so usually between 6 and 7, I'm not dragging the poor dog round in the full heat.

Same as for trail running. Running in open country (with dog, Audrey) has transformed me. And the dog Smiley

You named your dog after Audrey, what a lovely touch.

It is not funny, its frankly dangerous, but the sheer bullshit he is spouting did make me smile sadly....

"He went on to say that he just happened to be casually browsing the shelves in the bookstore at the time of the incident and distanced himself from the protesters."

Liar, liar pants on fire.

The video shows him gathering with the protestors he claims to be nothing to do with as they discuss storming and trashing the bookshop. He's not even a very good liar, but then that seems to be the hallmark of the far-right these days, they don't even really bother to pretend they can be arsed about being caught out lying, because the truth/facts and all that boring old liberal stuff is irrelevant to them. The bigger the lie and all that....

Im sure the staff were rightfully terrified at the time, but my God the mob were pretty pathetic and very very thick.

Liar, liar pants on fire.

He was on Facebook saying what a nice person the contemptuous, convicted assaulter, mortgage fraudster and passport borrower Stephen Yaxley-Lennon is.

I know the Power haters are still around, but imagine if he did what old Wael has done at Bristol Rovers.

They sold STs for a new ‘stand’ - come tent - at the Mem and they haven’t actually erected anything at all.

I realise there are erection problems in Bristol, but how long does it take to put up a tent. Even if it goes up now surely they’d have to get some sort of safety certificate. They’re at home on Saturday.
