Well done lads, dug in and ground out a result.

Just seen Martin's goal for Norwich on the counter attack.

Becchio stretchered off early on,with a possible serious injury.

No Becchio and Kandol will help! I see Beckford played though.

And they lost Kisnorbo the other week too - out for the season!

My personal highlight from Waccoe, a thread entitled "Did You Honestly Think We Would Fuck It Up So Much?? "   Cheesy

On another note, hope Becchio isn't injured too badly, sounds nasty.

our ability to grind out these results its something we havent done for years, infact since I've been going to football we have never managed to do it.

Any other season and today, Southampton and Brighton would have been 3 1-1 draws.

From Wiki, Becchio:

Becchio was substituted early on in the first half against Norwich City after being knocked unconscious after Michael Nelson kicked him in the head. Becchio's head also landed heavily on the ground. He was substituted by Mike Grella.

Also from Wiki, Austin:

On 20 October, prior to a reserve team match between Swindon and Plymouth Argyle, Head of Player Development David Byrne revealed in an interview that he believed Charlie Austin would soon get his chance in the Swindon first team.[6] Austin then went on that afternoon to score two goals for Swindon reserves in the 3–2 victory over Plymouth Argyle's reserves.[7] Austin made his Football League debut coming on in the 70th minute in the league match away at Norwich City on 24 October 2009. On 21 November 2009, Austin scored his first professional goal in only the third minute of his full debut away at Carlisle United.[8]  Jamie's Future Wife wants to have his babies.
