Can't see anything being fact until there is clarity over the season start date, stadium capacity, salary caps and ultimately budgets. It's a rumours thread and that seems a fair price with add-ons to me |

Via some loosely connected Carlisle Utd forum member from his previous loan spell, who spoke to one of the Carlisle Utd reserves sister once, after a match. They had once spoken to Hallam Hope and mentioned something about Yates, so take from that what you will  |

No point in lots of signings only to find you’ve breached the cap surely

Sign them up now, before the cap, and have a season to fall in line. Any cap will be phased in. Sunderland’s budget last season was £15m - no way they can comply with a cap with players already under contract.

Playing with better players he was really starting to deliver. But before that delivered very little, so there was always a danger of reverting to type. |

Anderson rumour comes from Alan Nixon who has a reasonable strike rate but certainly not 100%
Sometimes this stuff circulates via agents trying to get their clients an extra few quid.
We shall see.
