If it wasn’t for the fact we are 2-3 games ahead of team above us - I’d fancy a late surge…
Had a couple of quid on us yesterday to get promoted, don’t expect to win but had to do it at 200/1, notice it’s now dropped to 80/1.   Bookies are running scared !.

Catching up two or three games per week means two or three weeks of Saturday-Tuesday-Saturday, not good for injuries, suspensions, etc.

I did this before the season started. Little bit of a sniff as they pay out on top 4

A tight game until our second & then they self destructed with the sending off.

Well meaning owners or not they are in deep shit unless they start finding a way to make their own luck.

Last time for 4 wins in a row in the league was the end of the play off season I'm guessing.

Sometimes, not very often, everything comes together that makes putting in the hard yards around the country all worthwhile.

Worth enjoying & savouring the moment but not worth getting carried away with.

The result next week will be intriguing in terms of looking downwards, in the middle or upwards in the table once all of the day's fixtures are complete.

Fair fucking play. Really thought we'd lose that one given all their new signings.

Keep on going Town.

Genuinely don't know what to make of their situation. They've made a shit load of signings but at the end of the day, they need time to gel. They should in theory come good at some point, but they may be running out of time.

Just chucking shit loads of money at it has never really immediately worked has it?
…even by bringing in lots of players and the consensus being they are better plays - you still need a manager to put that all together & make it work.

I’m not sure why everyone is / was expecting Carlisle to suddenly pick up form. If anything bringing in a whole new team is going to make them even worse…

We are to an extent a good example of what clubs need the bottom needs. Create togetherness, create work ethic & a good attitude. Play to your players strengths & keep it as simple as possible.

We have a manager that is managing to do things with this team that none of us would have guessed. We don’t boss games, we don’t have stacks of possession, we don’t look pretty, but somehow we’re effective, it’s not a bore fest as it was under Kennedy. It’s old fashioned, effective football - there’s energy. The defenders head it, and clear it. Midfielders close down and challenge. The forwards are scoring…. and scoring forward’s goals. It’s great to see.

You’re not off the hook though Morfuni. This is happening despite you. ClemItsTime.

I’d take Holloway under new owners next season.

Lets face it, i doubt Morfuni even knew who Holloway was before he appointed him. I would imagine they shit themselves about Kennedy and it was a case of does anyone know anyone who might be interested and Bignot piped up with his reccomendation for his mate Holloway.

Kudos to IH though, got us resembling some form of a football team now. Still not keen on the person mind.
