That whole story feels like there's more to it and frankly, he doesn't look very well in the signing for Villa pictures. I hope there's nothing too sinister going on behind the scenes there and that he can find a bit of form at a much less basket case club! |

Absolutely they are rarer now, has all the hallmarks of another Onionbhaji or Danny N'Guessen type signing for me. Or before them Bernard Tchoutang or Eugène Dadi both who nearly signed for us in the early 2000s.
Tchoutang looked decent when he played in that Fraser Digby testimonail game. That was the game Philippe Cuervo played in too. He was quality but such a shame he was so injury prone |

Not necessarily. Some teams will be absolutely desperate to offload players now to free up budget. Lots of contracts will be getting ripped up / taken over by the buying club. Of course under normal circumstances it's a hard market to deal in, but there will be exceptions that can help us next season for sure. |

Walsall on the verge of losing one of their best players Jamie Jellis to Wycombe for a decent fee, that could make their promoition push falter after losing their top scorer in this window too.
Bradford City have reportedly agreed a deal with Blackburn Rovers to sign goalkeeper Joe Hilton.
Crystal Palace have reportedly sanctioned another loan move for Irish left-back Tayo Adaramola to Bradford City after the player spent the first half of the campaign at Stockport County in League One.
That will be 3 signings in 24 hours after Crichlows signing. They are going all out for promotion it seems.
