He's been a revelation. Far surpassed anyone's expectations. I love his obvious passion for the game, it's infectious.

Straight talking, great experience and has definitely made his mark.
Hopefully they're building some sort of season ticket campaign around an announcement for a new deal for IH as there is definitely grounds for optimism.
Looks like more average outposts coming down to L2 next season, so perhaps 2025/26 can finally be a competitive one with a realistic promotion charge.

I'm wondering who it is that he talked about trying to bring in (on a recent presser), but had to wait until they served their notice? From that, wondered whether it was Rosenior.
Edit: Having checked, Rosenior is doing well at Strasbourg, so scratch that.

Mixed bag for me.
I love stuff and i cant bear stuff he comes out with.
Examples:
His talk on 'keep ball' tactics but losing games being a modern daft way of looking at football. Loved it.
Blowing his top at a fan who paid his money to travel to Bradford and gave his views at a dogshit performance. Then went on about it afterwards in Post match presser. Dont like that.
Im ok that i dont like some things he does and/or says though.....its real..
Morecambe at home and i walked out content that we were going non league....but the turnaround has been superb...unbelievable. In short, hes saved us from the Abyss....

Holloway said it was a data analyst he has worked with previously he didnt say it was a coach.

DV nailed it with the Pep tippy tappy wanabees. Sick to death of them.
He's put his foot in his mouth a few times on things he hasn't properly understood, but other than that its been refreshing.

Interesting how some supporters are so divided Freedom fighter or terrorist.? To me he is far the best manager Swindon has had since Hoddle. For example, Di Canio continued the clubs downwards financial ruin We all saw it was a car crash waiting to happen. Wellens could be up there as quality. But Ian Holloway seems to be a far better and more respectful guy than I thought he was / is judging by his peers and by his associates. Long my it continue.

And just sometimes you need to fight fire with fire. The Bradford incident was possibly required because some Swindon supposed supporters are total fuckwits... yes they are Swindons fuckwits but they are still fuckwits.

He might be the best manager since Ben Garner.
I've got a good vibe, he's got us safe from a dire position. Not sure if could have gone better in that regard.
But come on, he's not achieved anything yet. Maybe in a couple of seasons things will be clearer.

Blimey, when was the last time we had a manager do 2 full seasons? I don’t think even Wellens did that? In fact, if Holloway is still here next season, will he be the first manager to end one season as manager and then start the next since Wellens?
