I think the general feeling is that everyone would love to have Caddis as manager, but not in the current situation where his hands would be tied.

Made me laugh when we appointed Wilson and the same people who wanted Holloway were complaining he's ex City.
So you don't want someone who managed a Bristol club but one that played for one, supported one and managed one is ok.

I'm not sure what the fascination is with older managers who were good in their younger days and have lived off that unsuccessfully for awhile.

Do you need badges to coach at this lowly level? It'll either be an internal appointment (fuck it, give it to one of the yoof coaches, they seem to do OK) or someone external but entirely uninspiring, and we will still all be saying the same things in 6 weeks time (we may even be on to another manger then). Morfuni isn't selling however many times people say it and our best outcome this season is avoid relegation. |
