Not going to judge him on his Macclesfield spell. He came in there in January during Covid.
His record at Lincoln looks fine, more wins and draws than losses, 34% isn’t too bad and a good defensive record.
Good academy coaching pedigree as well.
Most important thing is to bring in decent players.
The Macclesfield results were pre-covid, he was assistant before that I think. |

I guess that's "improving players already at the club, as opposed to needing to bring in an entirely new squad"? |
