The Swindonian (whoever they are) saying Glatzel, Ripley, Drinan agreed new terms and Nichols signing on a perm.
I heard similar yesterday from a source close to the club. Good stuff.

I hear Smith and Wright will likely follow suit and sign extentions, just Ofoborh left to agree terms then.

If all of that is true - then we are potentially looking at very minimal changes this summer…

…which should mean we can hit the ground running - instead of getting players in last minute. Then needing August to gel then getting in 3 loan players at the end of August then having to integrate them in during September to finally have a settle complete squad for the start of October…

I don't know where this site sprouted from. I thought it was a hoax at first. Has anyone seen it about before?

In a rather shocking development we do seem to be getting things done early, which is a bit odd for us!

From memory, Swindonian were the very first to announce Clem's takeover was complete. Seems like they don't often have stories but when they do it's always on the money.

We did a bit early last year, then had a break.

Wright signing an extension will be huge! I honestly expected him to be gone in the summer

If Wright does go (and its his choice obviously) then I would expect it to be to MKD as Crawley (known admirers of him) are stoney broke and I am not sure hes good enough defensively to step up a league at the moment.

But hes a big player for us and he knows he is important so will try and push a good deal, I understand hes easily our highest paid player already.
