Depends how many we play up top and whether Glatzel has put his injury nightmares behind him.
Could do with a bit of pace and cover imo, though Glatzel isn't a slouch.
I guess that could come from midfield

Drinnan is a bit of a hybrid for me, he is a big lad but maybe being the target man and holding up is not his strongest skillset, certainly not on the Harry Smith level but he also works his arse off on the ground. I think if we were going to bring another in then a fox in the box nippy striker would be it, somebody that can play off of the other 3, like a Tyler Smith/Wakeling/Mckirdy type player.. not suggesting we bring Harry back btw. that would be a mistake.

This, Drinan comes accross a bit more of a pressing striker without the pace, he likes to close down defenders and the keeper but I dont think he can hold a ball up and bring other players into the game like a proper target man (which Smith certainly is) but is an asset for sure. I would like another quick striker to change things up, maybe even a loan from a bigger club to fill that gap and who could play wide as well if needed. Like a better version of RHM.

Agree we need a fast striker to compliment what we have. I think its on record from Morsehead and others that they are after a couple of wingers, not to play wing back (we have lots there already), but to form part of the front 3. If one of those can play centrally as well then great.
The Cambridge lad sounded like that sort of player, assume that rumor is dead.
I persoanlly think we need a creative midfield player. I think there is a risk that our 2 central midfield players become a bit pedestrian. Some times would will need to play 3 in there, or use a single number 10. But i suspect they need to shift out Aguiar/Cain.

I think if we have any more incoming and/or when they get here will depend on outgoings now. Whether that be first year pros out on loan or the likes of Uwakwe, Cain & Aguiar being moved on.
My thoughts too. We will need to move some out before we get any more in

I can make a starting XI that seems, on paper, to be OK, but after that it gets a bit ropey. I'd hope there is lots more business to be done.

I HOPE we get bought by a billionaire with more money than sense. I expect to have roughly the size of squad that we have already.

Yep, two or three outgoings with two or three incomings to follow.

Not seen Delaney in any of the pre season stuff yet, nursing an injury?

Injured his knee in February and hasn’t played since. Probably related to that.

Drinan thus far reminds me a bit of Billy Paynter - he’s a bit bigger built than the smaller fox in the box type strikers but isn’t but not big enough to be a pure target man. He’s somewhere in the middle.

I hop Kennedy is playing it down by suggesting we only need a couple more...
The above was based on the adver article. He is a little more coy in the interview with Hawes. Sounds like some changes to happen in next 10 days, I assume some outgoings and incomings.
I've said before but I would be worried if the 24 includes Hart, Johnson, Brown, Dworzak as youngsters. Let's see.
