Surely, if he was at the same level as Agombar, Morton wouldn't have taken him on loan? I've never seen him play so can't comment, personally, on his ability.

Hart had been talked about positively by several different people involved in the youth team as well as by fans who'd watched them even prior to the youth cup run. I've never seen him either but from that side of it it seems to me he's been marred by his dads shit stick. And unless he comes in & instantly kills it like McGregor if he ever makes the first team proper he'll get absolutely destroyed by the abuse. Of course at 19 now I'm not convinced he will make the first team here so it's likely all moot anyway.

Just my opinion but he’s good enough to be given a chance. I don’t think he is here based solely on his surname.
Do I think he might blag an extra year or two on the clubs books because of his name? Entirely possible.
For example - if he doesn’t have a very fruitful loan spell (which thus far he really isn’t) I’d expect anyone else to be released in the summer. You know, done well at youth level, been given a pro deal, had a couple of loans to make an impression. Hasn’t, bye.
…do I think he might get another year to prove himself. Yes.

Just need to add some inverted commas around prove himself. Totally agree with the point you've made though.

Only seen him play on TV once in the nonsense cup.
A couple of better informed people said he had something. So I'll go with that.
He's being treated as a normal youth player, it's not like he's stealing a place on the first team bench.
Looks like the loan isn't yet working for him (not the only loan player in this boat). So can't get any opinion from their fans.
So I don't think he should get tarred by association.

I've heard the same as you in regards to Hart. Not in Agombars league for stealing a living at least. But I agree with DV, in that if his loan, or any subsequent loan he ends up getting, doesn't work out, then there's still a better chance of him getting another year to 'prove himself' than the likes of McCormick, Evans, Brown, Gonzalez or Alston, should they experience similar experiences when OOL.

Loan round up:
Redman Evans plays in Alvechurch’s 2-1 defeat to Stratford Town.
Dylan Mitchell not in the Weston-Super-Mare squad for the 3rd game running.
George Alston starts at Supermarine lost 3-1 to Shaftesbury. No Dani Gonzalez or Lucas Myers in the squad for the 2nd game in a row.

Seems like there will be squad space for some of the youth lot anyway given how low we are for numbers between general lack of players + Injuries. With Smith out seemingly for the season and Ameen off I count us at 20

If Tafazolli comes in and Delaney doesnt get a move away and is used in squad can you imagine a Back 3 of Wright, Tafazolli and Delaney has to be the slowest about. Would do well in the air mind.

Opposition wouldn't win a header but to make up for it they would have time to stop & have a picnic each time they go past that 3.

Didn't we field Reeves, Heywood and Viveash as a back three once? I seem to remember it happening exactly and only once for the same reason.

Chesterfield away at their old ground, it was horrific. We lost 3 something but was the slowest backline I’ve seen in professional football.
