Hard not to jump to conclusions ragarding the staff leaving, and certainly their lack and or competency of replacements. It should be said though that as a cost cutting league 2 outfit, i would expect good staff to leave and seek opportunities further up the ladder or with better prospects. The lack of replacements is the key issue.

When Holloway says its a well run club we all know its nonsense, but you have to take everything Holloway says with at least one pinch of salt.

One of them left for Eastleigh and one has left for Burton, both for more money. (allegedly) Burton I guess you can try and understand but Eastleigh? Of course it could be better logistically .
