Voting opens at 5pm Trust members.
Despite my deep concerns for the contents of Dick Mattick's garage, I think it's going to be a no. As others have said I've no huge issue with the plans, but I'm just not comfortable with Morfuni and co being in charge, given their track record.
Agreed, even as a displaced fan I can see the benefits to a development, but wouldn’t trust this group to organise cleaning the toilets, yet alone redeveloping our newest stand

I'll vote no, but I'd rather a Yes than a narrow no. Think that's the worst case scenario here, if we get a two-thirds-in-favour no.

I would be a hypocrite to vote yes. as much as I crave redevelopment and the opportunity to progress as a club, I don't trust and think these owners can pull this off. Its a no from me

It's genuinely not an easy decision.
There's zero evidence they can pull this off, and plenty to suggest we are already struggling to keep our heads above water.
The risk of becoming north haverbrook is too high.

Watching this unfold from afar, I wonder how many will fill the boxes and will pay the premium for the seats behind them. But I am most interested to work out where the housing that keep getting mentioned are planned to be, are they going to put them on the grass on Shrivenham Road? I assume the hotel is planned for the town end (good-bye car park) Are there any plans on the net
