With Zav it COULD purely be an ego trip introducing himself as vice chair - Clem allows him as much access to the club as he likes as long as it is unofficially as Clem believes he would not have got the club without Zav spilling the beans on Power and feels sorry for Zav taking a beating over it all.

Zav loves the fact he can introduce himself as Vice Chair and it strokes his ego to make him sound important and Clem does not care, he isn't bothered who hangs around the club whatever their record.
