Quick, inexhaustive look at prices elsewhere for comparison:

League One
Bolton £309-£399 (full price)
Barnsley £349-£459 (early bird)
Posh £389-£479 (early bird)
Charlton £345-£650 (full price)
Northampton £309-£440 (early bird)

League Two
Doncaster £244-£329 (early bird)
Bradford £263-£299 (early bird)
Salford £200-£275
Wimbledon £375-£599 (early bird)

STFC
£400-£420 (early bird)
£425-£450 (full price)

Whilst acknowledging that Wimbledon fans are paying a lot, I think it's fair to say that Town End tickets are a complete rip off and the side stands are priced as though we're a division higher than we are.

https://www.swindontownfc.co.uk/news/2025/march/28/ian-holloway-signs-a-new-long-term-contract/

Chairman, Clem Morfuni and Chief Executive Officer, Anthony Hall said: “We're delighted to announce a new long-term contract of Ian Holloway on a three year deal until June 2028. Ian has revitalised the squad since his arrival back in October and moved the team in the correct direction."

So did Morfuni and Hall talk in unison together and say exactly the same thing?

You also have to take into account that Wimbledon is one of the wealthiest parts of London to live.

I'm going to say I don't think £30 is a massive increase. Still cheeky as fuck to charge £5 for a physical card when you can get one printed yourself on amazon marketplace for 3.25 and they are making a profit.

Season tickets in 2022-23 DRS Adult were £370   so they are 13.5% more now, above average inflation - but understandable given the losses.

But all that is meaningless - its about value for money and whether you think the cash is being flittered away because the club is badly run.

Also have a swanky new stadium with full kiosks, hot water and no rivers of piss!

It would certainly be easier to accept a price increase if you had the benefit of efficient entry, a good food selection and adequate plumbing. Oh and decent football wouldn't go amiss.

I love the image of them talking together, syllable by syllable.

Good news. Let’s hope it’s accompanied by an announcement of the takeover at 5pm.

They delivered the news through the medium of performative dance...

Have you ever been to London? Wimbledon is Ok but one of the wealthiest...?

That’s one club I don’t begrudge a new stadium after what they went through.
