You’ve missed out a couple of groups in the background there.. The Disabled Fans Group represented by Lee and the increasingly influential Business Group represented by David Coe
Everything I saw of that business group showed they are in Clem’s back pocket.

So the OSC has gone full on political in defence of Morfuni and the crooks then taking pot shots at the Trust? Strange that would happen with James Spencer as vice chair, who could have predicted this would happen. There a people who I swear are more Morfuni fans than the actual club!

Not surprising in the slightest. I know of at least two people (whose accounts don’t reveal their full identity) who were DM’d ahead of the last fans forum by a member of the OSC and asked if they’d make themselves available ‘for a chat’ on the night of the event. Needless to say given some of the ‘characters’ in attendance, they politely declined!

Is it true that at the AB meeting the club and two other people tried to stich up the bloke from trust over the JV agreement?

Always baffles me how two people in the club background who the club say dont have any sway were at the Fans Forum eyeballing people anyway

Although rhey havent said this i suspect the reason Clem is reluctant to convert the loans into equity now is because there are minority owners. He either dilutes their ownership by issuing shares or effectively gives them 20odd% of the loan balance. If he owned 100% then would be straight forward. If the club was sold, who gets what, and what gets written off would all get agreed then.

You couldn’t be any further from the truth. For the record, the board members that continued into the new board was myself, Neil (the Chair) and Bazil Solomon (who wasn’t up for reelection last year but should be this year as he is at the end of a 2 year term before reelection. For the record, I’ll be voting no to his reelection campaign)
I think anyone expecting a well-informed, effective push from the Trust to move the owners on might need to manage their expectations by reading this interview: https://truststfc.com/bazil-solomon/He might mean well, but he’s not starting any coups.
