My recollection was that you didn't see eye to eye with the board that was in place when you joined, and you have now left the new board, which was more in line with your objectives?

Why?

It would seem either your expectations are unachievable, or not in line with two different groups of board members (with different attitudes).

The new board is in large is most certainly an upgrade on the old board on multiple fronts. The board that is now left I have enormous confidence in being able to rebuild back from a strong and morally correct foundation that wasn’t present under the old board. If energy and time is given by those that are currently serve, they will do what is needed but they need to focus on the right things and keep talking regularly to work together more closely.

As for me, I’ve got a 21 month old and 4 week old newborn at home so the demands on my time were disproportionately weighted on me, which I couldn’t afford to give any longer under the circumstances. So appreciate the pre-judgement of me but you’re off target with your personal attack.

You couldn’t be any further from the truth. For the record, the board members that continued into the new board was myself, Neil (the Chair) and Bazil Solomon (who wasn’t up for reelection last year but should be this year as he is at the end of a 2 year term before reelection. For the record, I’ll be voting no to his reelection campaign)
