If ever there was an indicator that the money funding the club is very unlikely to be Morfuni’s, this is it.
Or that the reason he is able to fund the club is that he has not paid creditors in his other businesses, which could put the club at risk if those creditors come after him/the club.

my experience tells me that a limited company is a separate person . The company will pay creditors rather than morfuni . I have been advised in the past that directors might be asked to put money into the pot if there have been things like wrongful trading for example. these things often get looked at by lawyers.

Hope all is well Mate. I think we are running out of runway very quickly now. If anything surely only a matter of time until the real truth with all this emerges, skeletons the lot. In brutal honesty we don’t know however with those undesirables around you just can’t help to think our foundations have been built on a bag of shit. Worrying is that we haven’t bottomed out and only knows where all this ends up. Never before do we need someone to step forward and save the Club as we continue to spiral downwards.

As I said to you yesterday mate I dont think we have hit the bottom yet. Maybe not even got close, which is the scarey bit.

I appreciate that the company has limited liability, but if money was extracted from company A to pay company B within the same group, thus depriving creditors, there could be grounds to pursue if the same individual is involved in both.

My main hope is we get new suitors soon. The last thing I want is Fitton onboard as means these guys have no intention of leaving and him coming effectively gives them another 6 months of grace. I'm really hoping this wasn't what the Trust were trying to push when they were mentioning getting a football man in

They arent in the same Group. There is an indirect link however in that It would be the directors of Axis M&E, if anyone, that could be chased and if Clem has to cough up to cover some of the debt then that could well impact his ability to fund the club.
