Trouble is the fan numbers are dwindling. Yet again the focus seems to be on anything but the first team. Concerts etc.

Finding new revenue streams is always a good idea. Especially for a small football club that seems to operate at a loss.

I think a fan park is a good idea, personally. Just a shame it'll probably be executed badly and there will be minimal fans attending!

So that basically confirms what we all suspected, the club have done next to nothing in 5 months, no improvements and are just trying to string people along with fake promises.

It beggars belief that people still back the characters running the club.

Good to see that the trust is a least calling on potential new owners to come forward finally.

Lots of soft pedalling and padding around it that will no doubt upset the hard line, but the key bit is:

The Chairman has insisted he would reluctantly engage with any viable bidder that provides proof of funds, so today we call on any interested parties to come forward, either to the Club or in confidence to the Trust. Crucially, we are not currently aware of any bidders who have made an offer for the Club and provided proof of funds for both purchase and ongoing operation.

Which is what we need. And a good point about there already being a very significant boycott happening too.

I think its an excellent statement. It highlights a very big looming issue. That without Mourfuni writing off debt/converting to share capital he will soon be owed more than it is worth. When that happens then what. Who buys an 8M FC for 12M for example. Where's the out then?

Somewhere to sell food & drink where that money goes directly into the club rather than local pubs & Burger King - yeah I see the logic to that but the Legends Lounge* is literally inside our bloody ground.

Well done Trust. I questioned this week and was disappointed by the reply but this is much closer to the mark. Let’s hope viable bidders come forwards.
