Nothing ever has timescales or milestones, just nothing. Same things get spouted time and time again like rearranging the furniture on the titanic.
We have a gormless CEO that is only allowed to speak when Clem presses his on / off switch. Doing nothing is going backwards.

Anthony Hall comes across as a right cunt in Joe's interview on the LSpod. What a patronising twat.

Some notes from tonight, for anyone who’s interested.
Thanks for your trouble. Fitton would doubtless be an asset in "communications". Except there is precisely nothing to communicate. Hot air and bullshit about a vague wish list does not constitute a plan - nor even a vision. Clem is neither malign nor dislikeable but he is the captain of a sinking ship. He would have my respect if he admitted his shortcomings, put STFC first and planned for a successor. The applause given is mind boggling.

The applause will continue
Its one thing trying to be positive, but another just standing by and being completely blind to the direction in which we are heading

…but…what the alternative? Who wants to buy the club?
Trust need to find someone who does, who is willing to go public. Who can make simple but achievable promises & get the fans united & onboard.

This again this club would better off being a phoenix club than having Morfuni in. Waste of peoples time effort and money

It is all so predictable and depressing.
I struggle to think why Andrew Fitton would want to get involved with this rabble. This lot just seem very reactive rather than proactive.

True but how does that force them to sell? How does that make parties interested in buying the club suddenly appear?
If anything the cynic in me just thinks it would see ‘admin’ expenses increase and Clem claim he’s putting more of his own money in which he’ll want back from any future sale & thus drive the price up.
“I'm not giving them any more money, that multiplied would make a difference.” “True but how does that force them to sell?” “How does that make parties interested in buying the club suddenly appear?” A business cannot run on no income. Depriving the club of money will reach a tipping point where the current incumbents NOT incumbent will not be able to take their loot without putting the club into administration. There ARE interested parties, those interested know the potential of the club, what it will cost to full fill that potential. I’m not in any way patronising you, however, that’s where due diligence comes in. The fly in the ointment for us is when that tipping point comes and new owners rock up we have to hope they do have the necessary financial clout to make it work. Clem is kicking the can down the road but putting off potential buyers with his unrealistic value of the club. He loaded it with debt, his debt not so much external but debt never the less. As I and others have said, deprive them of the oxygen (money) they need to breath. They’ll soon start to choke. Owners at our level don’t hang round for ever, we just need to help them along.

A couple of hundred people not renewing season tickets will not leave the business with ‘no income’ though will it?
Give me solid, concrete proof there are interest parties. Give me a name & a net worth.

I thought there were 1k less season tickets sold? We're already operating at a loss, apparently. You'd think they'd be pushing for more income. I spend, well spent £500 a year at the club. Multiply that by 500 and you are looking at 250k less income, that's quite significant.

Which is probably what - 2 players wages over year 2.5 possibly
3 less senior pros in the squad - 3 youngsters in instead…

The Fitton stuff seems interesting, and does it provide a glimmer of hope? Clem gave the usual incoherent, non-answer when he was asked about his role only offering “communications and PR” after Vic prompted him. However that’s not Fitton’s area of expertise, is it? No doubt, in his experience as a CEO, chairman etc etc that he would have a good handle on PR and be an improvement on what is currently in place. He describes himself on Linkedin as an “experienced entrepreneur and board member and with a demonstrated history of working in a wide range of industries. Skilled in financial structuring (and re-structuring) as well as acquisition negotiation.” If you wanted someone to help with just communications and PR, surely there are cheaper alternatives (because he’s not going to be doing this for free, is he?) who specialise in that area. Clem trying to save face by not admitting the breadth of his involvement? Or is Fitton – please god – going to be putting his "acquisition negotiation" skills to use?

Crowds are actually down a good 2k plus since Morfuni took over. So in reality the effect is 4 fold, and likely to get worse.

Well, yeah & the knock on effect isn’t that the club are starved of money & forced to sell.
It’s just seen a decline in the quality of the playing squad.
