The Adver guy has better patience than me, i’m sure a fair few would have bitten more than once when doing that interview. Good journalism. Likewise with Andrew Hawes interview, right questions asked.

So in short then, this fans forum was a sham, staged event where the same questions were asked and the same answers given, the only difference this time was there was not a volatile fanbase in attendance. Meanwhile we have gone backwards in all areas bar the size and experience of the squad.
We kick the can down the road again while we take further steps closer to the NL. Those volatile fans have either realised that being volatile does very little in the Trumptonian world of Clem, or the crowd were monitored to encourage a more partisan fanbase to attend, that will clap and whoop to the sound of the Clem drum.
My interest and support is hanging on by a thread at the moment. I watch games with zero emotion either way. My only level of financial input is through various media outlets in the hope that either Podcasts of news outlets will eventually deliver a slither of hope that there is an end in sight. In the meantime I will continue to put the majority of my time that would have been spent on STFC into things that I get some enjoyment from, but the longer this goes on, the less likely I am to step back in if/when something does change.
The world of STFC is as bleak as I can ever remember it, and I was at Brentford the night that it was rumoured we were being liquidated the next day.

Well, yeah & the knock on effect isn’t that the club are starved of money & forced to sell.
It’s just seen a decline in the quality of the playing squad.
Which goes full circle on what we said earlier. It's shit

Thing is there's building your debt up and over valuing your asset but once the debt exceeds the inflated valuation, you're screwed.

I mean I have no doubt it’s impacting them but it’s definitely got a more ‘death of a thousand cuts’ vibe about it than a ‘gonna force them to sell asap’

I just listened to the LSPOD with the interview. It's amazing how rattled Hall is from the first moment, defensive about everything, no information or timescales forthcoming. Even when asked about what buzz they hope to create at the fanzone, rather than building some excitement for it, he came across like he had been asked outside for a fight.

I feel like this too. Watch the games with no sound on while usually doing something else. I'm sure the love will come back at some stage but no point getting invested into something which you know will let you down.

A couple of hundred people not renewing season tickets will not leave the business with ‘no income’ though will it?
Give me solid, concrete proof there are interest parties. Give me a name & a net worth.
There are at least 2 genuine interested parties and their names are known to the Trust and so is their financial backing, which in both counts is said to be substantially much much more than Clem and co have.

That’s nice but the large majority of our fan base won’t know that & a lot when told won’t believe it because there is no tangible proof. You could have completely made that up for all I know. Give me some proof.

It’s time for the Trust to get the word out there then.

I could have but I didn't.
But this is DV’s point, which I completely agree with. If said bidders go public, with the Trust backing, it then gets momentum. At the moment, it’s all hearsay to most people, and the Trust have gone back into their shell, almost agreeing and backing things Clem is saying.
