Joint venture gets paid on time every month... since the Trust publicly called them out on it. Perhaps some suppliers should take note.
I'd imagine that being chased for a debt and risking the leasehold, which in turn could lose you the only other asset you have in the freehold, rather sharpens the mind if it is your exit plan. |
