I don’t get the love in for Fitton to be honest, part of the reason we are where we are now is because of him. He diluted minority shareholding's into nothing so ability to attend AGM’s is gone, he took his own finders fee for Austin, he ran away when the going got tough, he appointed Hart FFS. Yes he saved us from Diamandis and co but it was all other peoples money he used and he ultimately delivered very little of long term benefit.

If he can find us a charlie austin every few years, he can take any finders fee he wants. Drop in the ocean compared to what the likes of Jed/Power/Clem/Zav/Hart and god knows who else have taken out of the club.

It's way too passive. And for the Loathed Strangers guys to organise something like this, leads me to believe the Trust were not planning drastic action any time soon.

Totally agree. The Trust will probably claim that without the survey they can't be sure that is the majority of their members position and it isn't just a loud minority.

Hopefully the results of the survey leave them no doubt and they can act on it accordingly, otherwise they're entering in to chocolate teapot territory.

Plus he's a seasoned businessman, knows his football and seems to have an affection for our club. Far away from the useless owner we currently have.
