Last night was a poor game to watch, but an enjoyable result.
Just want to add my thoughts on the new look defence - Iandolo, Grant and Odimayo have done well in the last two games - the only concern I have is that neither Fleetwood nor Bristol hoofed long balls at two big men in the style of (eg) Gillingham or some other teams in this league.
There are tougher tests to come - in the next two, Blackpool are in good form, and we know Yates is a good centre forward, and Burton are a side with a lot of height.

However, I’d stick with them as the alternatives have been poor over a long period this season.

With games coming thick and fast this year, we will no doubt switch back to how we were after Gillingham - thinking we are doomed to go down, and probably back to how we are feeling now.
I think we will get enough points to stay up, but it will no doubt be a bumpy ride / tough to watch in the last 9 games.

Blackpool will be a tough fixture. I recall suggesting that they would do well this season and one or two posters got somewhat bent out of shape over this.

There's still 9/10/11 games to go JBZ and a lot can still happen. Blackpool have bumbled around mid table most of this season. They may have got into the PO spots last night but it's just as Nuns Chuff-ish around that area. Massively so. Donny in 5th are separated by just 7pts to Fleetwood in 15th. Nearly half the league still have a realistic chance to get into the POs if they put a semi decent run together.

I'm sure Blackpool will beat Town. It’s a coupon banker you'd imagine but it could end up being a matter of just 3 or 4pts that is the difference between them (or 10 others) having what looks like a decent season or a very underachieving one. After all they have spent quite heavily. Some might say they should be higher than they currently are.

It'll all come out in the wash(bag).

Or, in other words, some people didn't agree with you?

Would be more than happy if that finishes correctly,  only problem is that it is based on current form and we all know how unpredictable Swindon can be ........
